The delivery of the Scottish Government's digital transformation of the Scottish Planning and Building Services System is currently in year two of a five-year programme.
One of the programme's priorities is to create a new website bringing planning and building standards services, tools and data together in one place, so they are easy for anyone to find and use, without needing to be an expert.
Following a successful procurement exercise, TPXImpact have been awarded the service provider contract. TPXImpact will work collaboratively with the Digital Planning and Building Standards team using tried and tested agile and user centred design methods.
The project will progress the previous Discovery research done so far into an Alpha prototype, which can be tested with users to confirm our hypothesis on the value and impact of the project. The project will complete in April 2023 and will establish what and how we should build in the Beta phase.
