As many of you are no doubt aware, the COVID19 situation is constantly changing. As a precaution to ensure the continued operated of the service in the coming weeks, the eDevelopment Operations team have taken the step of working remotely for the next few weeks.

During this period, the service will continue to operate 24/7 as usual. The Support Desk will also continue to operate between 9:00am and 5:00pm weekdays as usual, and will offer assistance to users via email ( and twitter (@eDevelopmentSG).

The team have done this periodically since the service was launched in 2016 and it shouldn’t change how the service operates.
