Programme Launch
In March 2021, we officially launched the digital planning programme. This 5 year transformation will introduce new systems and services, underpinned by a commitment of £35m in funding for the duration of the programme.
To celebrate the launch we published a video containing interviews and insights from members of the team, stakeholders and the Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning.
What does launch mean?
Launching the programme means that we have completed our initiative assurance activities and the programme has been certified as ready to get underway. We can now begin to develop and deliver new systems and services.
